The cover letter is in the format of a Windows executable file. This means if you are using a non-windows based application (i.e. Max OS, Linux, etc), the application will not work for you unless you have some type of windows emulator installed.

There are two parts to the application. The first part is the introduction. This explains the importance of cover letters and explains how the Amazing Cover Letter Creator works. The cover letter is based on incorporating a number of what Jimmy Sweeney refers to as “Attention Getting Ingredients”. These are different components in the cover letter that is designed to grab the attention of the reader.

When you start the cover letter generating process, the first step is to select the type of letter you wish to write. There are letters for current positions that are open, letters for companies with no specific position available and other letters for different career situations. After selecting which type of letter you want, the next option is to select how many people you believe will be applying to the position. The final step is to select whether you have a lot of experience or a little bit of experience.

Once you complete this process, the cover letter is automatically created for you. You simply copy and paste the cover letter to your Word processor program. The only thing you have to do is make some slight modifications to make the letter fit the specific position you are looking to apply for.

This software is extremely powerful. The letters that are generated by it are worded very well.

For the most part it is very easy to use. The only part where there might be some difficulty is making the modifications to make the letter specific for the job you are looking to apply to. However, the software has a section where you can see samples of each section to give you ideas on how to modify the letter for your specific situation.
